On-line purchasing is always a concern.  Will the product really arrive and what type of quality will everything be? Not being able to physically touch and inspect your merchandise always leaves an issue of faith that the supplier is legitamte.

Many stores provide their own feedback and testimonials which leaves a lot of room for a biased testimonial program.  We sell a lot of product on e-Bay which provides a third party administrator for feedback which we have provided a link so you can monitor how well we're doing.

Returns/Exchanges

If for some reason you are not totally satisfied  with your product you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.  Simply call or e-mail us with the information for the item being returned and we will give you a return authorization number.  Please include the RA# with the merchandise you are sending back.  We recommend you insure your items at time of shipping.  All items need to be in new, unused condition, and returned in the original packaging with the tags attached.  Your original form of payment , or and exchange if desired, will be credited following a satisfactory inspection of the product.

Receive the Wrong Product?

If we shipped the incorrect product, we will pay for the shipping to reutrn that product and ship the correct product ASAP.

Shipping Damage

If your product has been damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately. Shipping damage needs to be noted on the signed freight bill for LTL shipments.

"USED" Gear

Gear  sold in "USED" condition,  must be returned within 15 days of purchase date.  Returned product must include all parts and pieces shipped with it from Frontierplay.com.

Unlike this raft (that's Darren in the blue), we won't flip back and forth on the guarantee of our products.

We stand behind them 100%.  We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you buy from us.  If you are not, please let us know and you can return or exchange it through our returns and exchange policy.

 BACK ORDERS:

We have a large inventory, but we are still subject to our supplier's availability of merchandise.  If an item in your order is on backorder, we will pay the shipping charges on that item (rafts and kayaks are not included in this offer).  If an item is on back order you will be contacted with an estimated ETA and will have the option to cancel your order or wait until available.

Shipping:

Small items are shipped via Fedex Ground.  Shipping rates are calculated off UPS's published rates. A physical shipping address is required.  No P.O. boxes, please.

Large items such as rafts and raft packages will be shipped with an LTL (Less Than Truckload) carrier.  An LTL carrier will require a business address with a loading dock or forklift.  The other option for LTL shipments is to pickup your items at the carriers local frieght terminal.
