Returns/Exchanges

If for some reason you are not totally satisified with your product you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.  Simply call or e-mail us with the information for the item being returned and we will give you a return authorization number.  Please include the RA# with the merchandise you are sending back.  We recommend you insure your items at time of shipping.  All items need to be in new, unused condition, and returned in the original packaging with the tags attached.  Your original form of payment , or and exchange if desired, will be credited following a satisfactory inspection of the product.

Receive the Wrong Product?

If we shipped the incorrect product, we will pay for the shipping to reutrn that product and ship the correct product ASAP.

Shipping Damage

If your product has been damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately. Shipping damage needs to be noted on the signed freight bill for LTL shipments.

"USED" Gear

Gear  sold in "USED" condition,  must be returned within 15 daysof purchase date.  Returned product must include all parts and pieces shipped with it from Frontierplay.com.
